I've been in Georgia for seven months. I was pulled over for driving with no reg or insurance and driving with a suspended license. I was arrested. I wasn't read my rights (can they do that?). I got back my citations and they have the wrong license number on them. This happened on Feb. 19, 2009. Now my license was suspended, but was taken care of. I called back to the California DMV and was told that license was good as of Feb. 9, 2009. Was I arrested for the license or no reg or insurance? Thank you for taking the time for my questions.
