My main question is that if a person left the state of Georgia, with a sentence of probation and a fine , how long would they have to be gone until they could return without that affecting them, or is the statute of limitation for ever?

I have a paper stating that I was found not guilty. I was found not guilty of the D.U.I. about 10 years ago and the DMV is telling me that I have to go to DUI School before I get my driver's lic. back. What do I do?

i have had an ignition interlock on my vehicle for the past 18 months with only issues in summer months due to chemicals I carry in car for work purposes. In Feb, I was quite sick and took what I thought was cough med from a friend......when I went to start my car, I failed and registered a .20 on the breath unit....faceing jail, prob revoc.....don't know what the med was! I don't know how to prove that I took prescription med from friend and did not "intentionally" consume alcohol.
